Backed by a major $10 million equity investment from the CRA, the modern new-construction complex features 90 high-quality affordable housing units available in one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. To serve both the building's residents and the surrounding neighborhood, the ground floor integrates 8,000 square feet of prime commercial and retail space specifically designed to house a dedicated community daycare facility.
