Façade Improvement Program
Discover the SEOPW CRA's community-focused Façade Beautification and Work Training Program, dedicated to revitalizing Overtown. This initiative enhances the appearance of existing residential, mixed-use, and commercial buildings with exterior painting, repairs, and prep work. Not only does it boost street walkability and residents' quality of life, but it also strengthens community pride. Join us in exploring how this program is restoring Overtown's identity, starting with hands-on training at the historic Overtown Performing Arts Center (OPAC).
