Soul Basel Historic Overtown

Soul Basel is a community-centered platform that amplifies art, culture, and storytelling throughout the neighborhood. As an advocate for arts and culture, the SEOPW CRA proudly supports Soul Basel and the programming developed by community members and cultural arts partners whose work highlights and uplifts the community’s rich cultural identity and heritage.

We welcome everyone to experience the events, exhibitions, and cultural activations taking place throughout Soul Basel. Event and exhibit curators can share their information by completing the Soul Basel Curator Submission Form.
