3 MiamiCentral is a large-scale, 12-story commercial tower that serves as the strategic headquarters for Brightline, the nation’s premier express passenger rail service. This modern Class A facility was developed as a key component of the multi-block MiamiCentral master plan, designed to integrate high-density commercial space with regional transit. The building features 33,161 square feet of high-visibility commercial and retail space on the ground floor, which includes a flagship Publix Super Market to serve the downtown and Overtown residential corridors. Above the retail level, the development provides nearly 97,000 square feet of contemporary office space and a massive integrated parking garage capable of housing 1,096 vehicles.
